How fast can you get me my package?

We offer several different shipping methods ranging in a variety
of delivery times. The quickest way is to have your package
expressed so it arrives within 2 days. In special cases, we are
able to overnight your package. Please see our

We ship via United States Postal Service and UPS depending on
the size and weight of each package.

Do you have a catalog?

Due to our ever changing product list, it is in the best
interest of our customers that we do not send out catalogs. We
want to keep you fully updated at all times. You can view all of
our products on our website.

Do you offer wholesale?

We are able to offer wholesale prices for a select number of

Is it better to place my order online or over the phone?
a.
Contrary to popular belief, thanks to encryption technology it
is more secure to place your order online through out website.
However, we are happy to take any order over the phone if it is

How do I make a return?
a.
We accept returns delivered within 30 days of your order date.
You must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #) in order for
us to accept your return. Simply ship the returnable items back
to us along with your completed return form.
Your RA # must be on the exterior of your box. Any box without
an RA # will be refused and returned to the sender.

Am I able to exchange items?

Absolutely! Please follow our return policy and note on your
return form what item you would like in the exchange.

How can I change or cancel my order?
a.
If you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order
please notify us as promptly as possible. We will be happy to
accommodate your reasonable needs as long as the items have not
been boxed and shipped.
9.
What if I have not received my package in the proper amount of
time?
When your package ships, you will receive a notification email
from UPS or the US Post Office containing a tracking number. You
can track your package online to view the progress. (Sometimes a
spam filter will route this email to your junk box.) If you are
still having trouble, please contact us and one of our customer
service representatives will be happy to assist you. You may

Do you ship internationally?

Of course, all we ask is that you pay the
shipping

Can I back order an out of stock item?
a.
Absolutely! Just contact us and one of our customer service
representatives will take care of everything for you. However,
in order to make two shipments we will have to charge you a
second shipping fee.

Can you accommodate large quantity orders?
a.
We welcome large orders of any quantity! Please give us as much
notice as possible so we can take the time to provide you with
the products you need.
